Steel Frame Bathroom Base Unit Standing Solid.
The voluminous frame with a square tube profile of only 40x40x2 mm has an enormous load-bearing capacity and can withstand any stress of daily use in the bathroom. Heavy river stone basins, ceramic washbasins, as well as solid fittings are easily supported by the frame together with our solid wood washbasin tops or your own covers.
The surface of the square tube profile is powder-coated in black or white, or can be purchased in raw steel. The raw steel in turn enjoys a wafer-thin paint finish to prevent possible corrosion.
Each of the solid steel frames is suitable for further use in the bathroom or in the living room ( some of our customers also use the frame as a TV sideboard ) and is individually made and therefore a one-off made to measure!

Design
The square tubular steel frame has a profile of 40×40 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm, i.e. twice the wall thickness of many Asian manufacturers.
Each steel frame is made individually and so we can currently accept the following dimensions.
• Length: 40-200 cm (in 1 cm steps)
• Width: 30-60 cm (in 1 cm steps)
• Height of frame standard = 72 cm (no surcharge for 72 cm, +- 10 cm)

• Standard shelf height = 41 cm height (no surcharge for 41 cm, +- 10 cm possible but then with 60 euros surcharge, optional)
• Colours: black, white, raw steel (no surcharge)
• Optional towel rail
Hint: If you choose to add towel rails, please note that the towel rails widen the frame by approx. 8 cm to the left, right or both sides.
Flatness and tolerance
Please allow for a tolerance of 0 – 3 mm.

We make every effort to coordinate the delivery of your ordered “Steel Frame / Steel Rack” with you in the best possible way. To ensure that no shipping damage can occur, individual, precisely fitting transport packaging is made for your solid wood furniture.
We ship free of charge up to 300 cm in length within Germany and Austria. For Europe-wide shipping, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed after entering the delivery location.

Place of use
Originally, we designed the steel frames for use in the bathroom to provide a fitting setting for our wonderful oak washbasin tops.
But all too soon we realised that these very high-quality steel frames cut a very modern and timelessly classic figure throughout the living space, such as a TV side board in the living room, as a floating shelf frame in the kitchen or as floating night cupboard shelves next to the bed in the bedroom. Of course, we recommend our own high-quality solid oak wood from German sustainable forestry for the cover and its shelves. With or without a tree edge, a very good choice. Nevertheless, we receive requests time and again that only the frame is needed, because one or the other treasure has been found in the house or flat that would fit exactly. We therefore also offer the bathroom vanity unit frame wall console floating filigree without our washbasin tops and solid wood shelves.
