Shipping – General Information

Washbasin tops, vanity tops, window sills, wall boards, covers, stair treads, stools and accessories

Up to 160cm length and if the sum of length + 2 x width does not exceed 250 cm, the shipment is made with DPD. The shipping time with DPD within Germany is usually 1 – 3 working days and in the EU usually 5 – 10 working days.

From 160cm length we ship within Germany and Austria with a 2-man handling service. The goods are delivered to the place of use, provided that they are accessible. The delivery time within Germany is usually 5 – 10 working days, to Austria a few days more. In France, Italy and Switzerland we also commission a 2-man handling service. The shipping time is usually 10 – 15 working days. In all other EU countries, shipping is carried out by a general cargo forwarder, if necessary on a pallet to the kerbside. Shipping to islands within the EU can take considerably longer.

Depending on the agreement, situation and urgency, we can also commission a forwarding agent with a pallet shipment. However, with this shipping method, delivery is only made to the curb. Shipping times on pallets within Germany are usually 2 – 4 working days and within the EU 5 – 10 working days.

Complete washbasins with frame

Complete washbasins (with steel frame) are shipped on a pallet with a piece goods forwarder.
Depending on the product, solid wooden boarding is also used for protection.
The forwarding agent will contact you by telephone and deliver to the kerb. We therefore absolutely need a contact telephone number!
You will need a flat-blade screwdriver or similar object to loosen the MDF boarding from the wooden slats if necessary. In addition, you will need a 13 mm open-ended or ring spanner for assembly and, if necessary, to loosen the racks fixed in the packaging.
Upon completion of the products, we will provide you with a tracking number.
The shipping time is usually between 2 and 4 working days within Germany and 5-10 working days in the other EU countries.

Tables, benches, solid wood tops without frame and kitchen worktops
