Order process

By clicking the button “Add to shopping cart” you can add your desired product to the “shopping cart”.
You can check the content of the shopping cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart button. In the next step of the ordering process you can choose between different payment and shipping methods. You can cancel the order process at any time or complete it by clicking the “Send” button.

As soon as you have completed your order in our online shop, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation. That means we have received your order. If you have not received the order confirmation, the order has not been placed in our system. In this case, we ask you to repeat the order process.

After receiving the order and payment, we will contact you to discuss further details. If you have chosen for shipping, you will receive your tracking number to your email address.
