Custom-made steel shelving w. solid wood shelves.
The fine steel frame with a square tube profile of only 20x20x2 mm has a high load-bearing capacity and is extremely stable. You can have the steel frames made by us according to your individual wishes and requirements. To match, the custom-made shelf is fitted with our solid wood shelves made of German oak. Possible places of use are basically all living rooms or commercial premises in which you would like to place a custom-made shelf. Whether living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom or in the office space or showrooms of your trade.
The surface of the square tubular profile is powder-coated in black or white, or can be purchased in raw steel. The raw steel in turn enjoys a wafer-thin paint finish to prevent any corrosion.
Each of our shelves with oak shelves is made individually and is therefore a unique custom-made piece!
Design
The square steel tube frame has a profile of 20×20 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm, which is twice the wall thickness of many Asian manufacturers.
Each steel frame is customised and we can currently accept the following dimensions.
• Length: 30-200 cm (in 1 cm increments)
• Width: 30-60 cm (in 1 cm increments)
• Minimum height between the levels: 20cm
• Colours: black, white, raw steel (no surcharge)
The matching shelves/shelves are made from our beautiful oak wood from sustainable German forestry. The wood thickness of the solid wood shelves/shelves can be selected between 40, 35, 30 or 25 mm. The front edge of the shelves / shelving boards has a simple natural tree edge (discreet) as standard, but can also be requested with a curved tree edge or with a classic straight edge.
Tip: Have the shelves on the shelf level at hip height made with a plain construction edge and let us know that the shelves on the remaining shelf levels should have a straight edge.
Flatness and tolerance
Please allow for a tolerance of 0 – 3 mm.

We endeavour to coordinate the delivery of the custom-made steel shelving with solid wood shelves you have ordered with you in the best possible way. To prevent any damage during shipping, we will produce customised, precisely fitting transport packaging for your ordered steel rack.
We ship free of charge up to 300 cm in length within Germany and Austria. For Europe-wide shipping, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed after entering the delivery location.
