shipping – general information

We try to coordinate the delivery of your products in the best possible way. To avoid shipping damage, individual, precisely fitting transport packaging is made for your solid wood furniture.
About 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of payment, you will receive your order. Unless an additional option has been booked, the goods will be shipped to the curb.
The delivery of our products is included in the service and free of charge. Within Berlin, the tables / washstands and table tops with a weight of over 40 kg are delivered and set up free of charge to the place of use. We will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Germany / Austria – free of charge
Europe – 90 euros surcharge​
Switzerland – 90 euros surcharge + Customs etc.

Table tops / washstand tops:

Table tops weighing up to 40 kg are delivered by parcel post. The delivery is made until the edge of your door. As soon as your order is complete, we will provide you with a tracking number. Delivery will take 1-3 working days.
Large table tops weighing more than 40 kg are delivered on pallets to the curb by our shipping company. We will provide you with a tracking number! The shipping company will contact you in advance to arrange an appointment for the delivery of your table top. The delivery time is 1-3 working days.

tables / washstands:

Due to the size and weight, complete tables and washstands are shipped with our shipping company on pallets.
Delivery takes place up to the curb.
After finishing the item, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Delivery takes between 1-3 working days.

Delivery to the place of use:

If you book the additional option “delivery to the apartment”, your furniture will be delivered to your apartment.
In advance of the delivery, please check that the entrances, stairwells or lifts are large enough to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The driver will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.

local pick up:

Would you like to pick up your order from our warehouse?
No problem, choose local pick up and benefit from a 5% discount.
As soon as your furniture is finished, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date.
